MANILA, Philippines – IPINAG-UTOS ni Budget Secretary Amenah Pangandaman ang pagpapalabas ng naantalang performance-based bonus (PBB) ng mga guro noong 2021.
Sa isang kalatas, tiniyak ng Department of Budget and Management (DBM) na naghahanap sila ng paraan para malutas ang usapin at agad na maipalabas ang kabayaran sa benepisyo “as soon as needed requirements are met.”
“I already instructed concerned bureaus and offices to ensure that there will be no delays, on the part of the DBM, in the release of the performance-based bonus of our dear teachers,” ayon sa Kalihim.
Nito lamang Hunyo 27, ipinalabas ng DBM-National Capital Region ang special allotment release order (SARO) at ang notice of cash allocation sa Department of Education na nagkakahalaga ng P950,942,317 para sa kabayaran ng PBB sa mga eligible school-based personnel ng DepEd-NCR para sa fiscal year 2021.
Ipinag-utos naman ng Bureau of Human Resource and Organizational Development sa mga natitirang DepEd regional offices — Regions 1 (Ilocos Region), 2 (Cagayan Valley), 3 (Central Luzon), 4A (Calabarzon), 4B (Mimaropa), 5 (Bicol Region), 6 (Western Visayas), 7 (Central Visayas), 8 (Eastern Visayas), 9 (Zamboanga Peninsula), 10 (Northern Mindanao), 11 (Davao Region), 12 (Soccsksargen), 13 (Caraga Region) at Cordillera Administrative Region — na muling magsumite ng kanilang Form 1.0 matapos na makita ang kanilang initial submissions ay may duplicate entries o personnel na nagpapahiwatig na hindi sila makita sa Personal Services Itemization and Plantilla of Personnel ng ahensiya.
Hanggang sa ngayon ay hindi pa rin natatanggap ng DBM Central Office ang revised Form 1.0.
