Knilala ni Bulacan Police director P/Col. Relly Arnedo ang naarestong wanted na si Ricardo Garcia ay kabilang sa Top 9-Regional Level Top 4-Provincial Level at Top 1-Municipal level.
Sa report, isinilbi kay Garcia ang warrant ng Marilao police katuwang ang Provincial Intelligence Team- West nitong June 3 sa Brgy. Prenza II.
Ang isinilbing warrant ay may kaugnayan sa kasong Statutory rape under par..(1) (D),Art 266-A of the Revised Penal Code as amended by R.A 8353 at two counts of Rape by Sexual Assault under Art. 266-A. par.2 of the Revised Penal Code, as amended by R.A 8353.
Kaugnay nito, huli rin ng tracker team ng Bulacan 1st PMFC at Bulakan police si Remar Paraiso Jr sa kasong Statutory rape under RPC Art-A at Ronald Gonzales sa kasong Attempted rape.
