MANILA, Philippines- Tinukoy ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. ang Laguna Lakeshore Road Network (LLRN) project, isang planned expressway mula lower Bicutan, Parañaque tungo sa Calamba, Laguna, na mapakikinabangan ng bawat Pilipino sa lalong madaling panahon.
Sa kanyang Facebook post, araw ng Martes, Hulyo 16, sinabi ni Pangulong Marcos na ang LLRN project ay makapagdadala ng major infrastructure development sa Laguna at kalapit na lugar.
“Laguna and nearby areas are set for major infrastructure upgrades with the Laguna Lakeshore Road Network (LLRN) project, while the Project Development and Monitoring Facility (PDMF) ensures our public-private partnerships deliver real benefits to every Filipino,” saad sa Facebook post ng Pangulo.
Inihayag ito ng Pangulo matapos ang 19th National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) Board Meeting kasama ang mga opisyal ng pamahalaan sa Palasyo ng Malakanyang, araw ng Lunes, Hulyo 15.
“The LLRN project, is a proposed 37.4-kilometer expressway connecting lower Bicutan and Calamba, Laguna via an 11.7-kilometer viaduct from lower Bicutan to Tunasan and a 25.7-kilometer combination of shoreline viaduct and embankment from Tunasan to Calamba,” base sa Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank.
Ang pinaplanong Phase 1 ng Expressway ay magiging access-controlled road na may walong interchanges— Lower Bicutan, Sucat, Alabang, Tunasan, San Pedro/Biñan, Santa Rosa, Cabuyao, at Calamba—at access roads sa umiiral na road networks.
Ang Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), pangunahing tagapagtaguyod ng proyekto ay nagpahayag na ang LLRN project ay isa sa pitong proyekto sa ilalim ng Infrastructure Preparation and Innovation Facility (IPIF) na naglalayong suportahan ang ahensya “to deliver more effective, efficient, and innovative infrastructure projects all over the country.”
Layon din nitong mapakinabangan ng iba pang mga lugar sa bisinidad ng Laguna de Bay.
Ang LLRN Phase 1 ay nagkakahalaga ng P175 bilyon, at popondohan sa pamamagitan ng loan mula sa Asian Development Bank (ADB), na rerebisahin at susuriing mabuti ng NEDA.
