MANILA, Philippines – Kinokonsidera ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. na ilagay si Police General Nicolas Torre III sa isang government position kasunod ng biglaang pagsibak sa kanya bilang hepe ng national police.
“I was privy to a conversation that the President is considering him for another post in government,” ayon kay Interior and Local Government Secretary Jonvic Remulla, araw ng Martes, sa isang press conference.
“We will know soon if General Torre will accept,” aniya pa rin.
Tumanggi naman ang Kalihim na isiwalat kung ano ang posibleng government position para kay Torre.
“We will have to wait for the President to make the announcement. I am not at liberty to…I actually don’t for a fact of what will be offered to him,” ani Remulla. /Kris Jose
