MANILA, Philippines- Inaasahan ang panibagong bawas-presyo sa produktong petrolyo sa susunod na linggo, subalit dapat masyadong umasa ang publiko dahil sa external factors, ayon kay Energy Secretary Raphael Lotilla nitong Miyerkules.
Batay sa global oil trading sa nakalipas na dalawang linggo, sinabi ni Lotilla na naobserbahan ang downtrend sa produktong petrolyo, na maaaring sumalamin sa retail prices sa susunod na linggo.
“But, of course, you know that it is volatile and we have to always be ready because we are already moving towards the winter months, [when] normally prices will increase,” giit ng Energy chief.
“We have to manage our expectations that this will continuously go down because there are a lot of external factors involved,” dagdag niya.
