MANILA, Philippines- Inilunsad ng Department of Transportation (DOTr) ang central hotline na maaaring tawagan ng publiko para sa concerns at reklamo sa transport issues.
Bukas ang commuter hotline, 0920-964-3687, mula alas-8 ng umaga hanggang alas-5 ng hapon, Lunes hanggang Biyernes, ayon sa news release nitong Miyerkules.
“We established this hotline because we recognize the public’s role in creating a clean and efficient DOTr,” pahayag ni Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista. “We urge our fellow Filipinos to report your concerns via the commuter hotline that require full attention of the DOTr and its attached agencies.” RNT/SA
