MANILA, Philippines – Okay na si dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte matapos na dalhin sa ospital nang madulas sa sahig ng kanyang kwarto sa tirahan nito sa Davao City.
“It was an accident. He slipped in a room of his house. So Sen. Bong Go accompanied him [to the hospital] for a checkup,” Go’s office said in a Facebook post,” sinabi ni Sen. Christopher “Bong” Go nitong Sabado, Nobyembre 4.
“According to Sen. Bong Go, he was thankful to God that there were no complications and that Tatay Digong [Father Digong, as his supporters call him] was in good condition after having an x-ray.”
Noong 2021, nagkaroon na ng ispekulasyon na ang kalusugan ni Duterte ay bumababa matapos na mawala ng matagal sa publiko, ngunit iginiit ni dating spokesperson Harry Roque, na ang dating Pangulo ay “healthy.” RNT/JGC
