MANILA, Philippines – PINURI ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. ang 1.8 milyong government workers kasabay ng pagdiriwang ng ika-123 taong anibersaryo ng Civil Service.
Sa isang video ng kanyang naging talumpati na naka-post sa online, ikinuwento ng Pangulo ang progreso na nagawa ng mga public servants mula nang maitatag ang Philippines Civil Service sa pamamagitan ng Public Law No.5 noong Setyembre 5, 1900.
“I would like to express my gratitude to all civil servants who work tirelessly with excellence and integrity to deliver the quality service that all Filipinos deserve,” ayon sa Pangulo.
“Thank you for your dedication despite the numerous challenges that we experience in our respective occupations. Let us strive harder in achieving our united goal of providing a better future for our country,” dagdag na wika ng Punong Ehekutibo.
Samantala, pinasalatan din ng Pangulo ang Civil Service Commission para sa “steadfast commitment” nito para hulmahin at hasain ang future-ready public servants. Kris Jose
