MANILA, Philippines- Namatay makalipas ang ilang oras ang construction worker na nahaharap sa ilang kaso matapos tumalon sa ikatlong palapag ng Manila City Hall nitong Miyerkules, ayon kay Manila Police District (MPD) spokesperson Major Philipp Ines nitong Huwebes.
“He died last night, 7:43 pm, July 12,” mensahe ni Ines.
Iisnugod ang 33-anyos na lalaki sa Philippine General Hospital matapos ang insidente.
Sumailalim siya sa inquest proceeding nitong Miyerkules ng umaga nang bigla siyang tumalon “from a window on the 3rd floor of the Manila City Hall as he was being escorted back to the Police Station where he is detained,” base kay City of Manila spokesperson Princess Abante.
Sinabi ng mga pulis na nahaharap ang construction worker sa reklamong paglabag sa Republic Act 10591 o Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act and Article 155 (alarm and scandals) at Article 285 (other light threats) ng Revised Penal Code, at physical injury. RNT/SA
