MANILA, Philippines – Nabuo bilang low pressure area (LPA) ang binubuong cloud cluster sa labas ng Philippine area of responsibility.
“As of 8 AM today, the cloud cluster east of Mindanao, outside the PAR, has developed into a Low Pressure Area (LPA),” ayon sa PAGASA nitong Miyerkules, Mayo 22.
Sa oras na mabuo bilang isang bagyo, tatawagin ito bilang “Aghon.”
Posibleng pumasok ng PAR ang LPA Miyerkules ng gabi o Huwebes ng umaga at makaapekto o maglandfall sa Bicol Region o Eastern Visayas sa Biyernes o Sabado.
“Development into TD (tropical depression) not ruled out but less likely,” ayon sa PAGASA.
Isa pang scenario na nakikita ay ang pagkurba ng LPA sa Philippine Sea malapit sa Bicol Region-Eastern Visayas at mabuo bilang tropical depression pagsapit ng Biyernes o Sabado. RNT/JGC
