MANILA, Philippines – Inaasahan na papasok ang isang low pressure area (LPA) sa Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) ngayong Biyernes o bukas, araw ng Sabado.
Ayon sa PAGASA, ang LPA ay huling namataan 1,715 kilometro silangan ng central Luzon.
“We are still monitoring the LPA outside PAR and it may enter, probably, by today or tomorrow,” pahayag ni PAGASA weather forecaster Rhea Torres sa panayam ng CNN Philippines.
“We are still not ruling out the (LPA) developing into a tropical cyclone within the next few days,” dagdag pa niya. RNT/JGC
