Bagong barangay officials sa Navotas, nanumpa na

MANILA, Philippines – NANUMPA na ang mga bagong mamumuno sa 18 barangay sa Navotas sa tanggapan ng alkalde.

Nagpaabot ng pagbati si Navotas City Mayor John Rey Tiangco sa mga bagong halal na opisyal at hinamon nang maipamamana sa dalawang taong termino na panunungkulan ng mga ito.

“Serving others is a privilege. As government officials, we have a great responsibility to help ensure a good life for our fellow Navoteños. Use barangay funds honestly and efficiently, treat your constituents as part of your family, and always seek to expand your knowledge to improve the quality of your service and leadership”, ani Mayor Tiangco.

“We may not be able to solve all the problems or issues we encounter, but we should always strive to create a lasting positive impact to our community,” dagdag ng alkalde.

Hinimok rin ni Mayor Tiangco ang mga opisyal ng barangay na tumulong sa mga nasasakupan at makibahagi sa mga programa ng lokal na pamahalaang lungsod.

Samantala, pinaalalahanan naman ni Congressman Toby Tiangco ang mga opisyales na bilang serbisyo publiko at dapat tuparin ang kanilang mga pangako at maging magandang ehemplo.
