“This is in accordance with the Bayanihan to Heal as One Act (R.A. 11469), Bayanihan to Recover as One Act (R.A. 11494, and Public Health Emergency Benefits and Allowances for Health Care Workers Act (R.A. 11712),” ayon sa DBM.
Sa P19.96 billion na ipinalabas na pondo, sinabi ng DBM na P7.39 billion ang nagamit na ng Department of Health (DOH) “as of March 31, 2023.”
“The DBM wishes to reiterate that there is no delay in the release of the budget for the said program,” ayon sa departamento.
“The DBM remains committed to continue helping provide the support needed by our healthcare workers for their invaluable lifesaving work,” dagdag na pahayag ng DBM.
“Rest assured that we will continue to coordinate with the DOH to ensure that the released funds will be disbursed accordingly,” ayon sa DBM.
“We shall fully adhere to the marching order of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. to continue granting our healthcare workers the necessary compensation entitled to them,” dagdag na wika nito. Kris Jose
