A SUPER health center and a ‘Bahay Kalinga’
structure will soon be built in Navotas City following
the lot donation by the National Housing Authority,
Mayor John Rey Tiangco said.
Tiangco was gratified by NHA General Manager
Joeben Tai’s support when he approved the donation of the 728 sq. m. lot as sites for the facilities.
“Amid our limited resources, especially in terms of
land, we will always find ways to cater to the needs
of every Navoteño and promote their well-being.”
13th drug-free barangay
The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency has
declared Barangay San Roque in Navotas cleared
from illegal drugs.
The mayor and city council members handed the
PDEA certificate to San Roque Barangay Captain
Enrico Gino-gino and other village officials.
Barangay San Roque has been drug-cleared as of
June 23, 2023 after thorough assessment and
validation on their compliance with Dangerous Drugs
Board’s regulations.
Navotas has a community-based drug rehabilitation
program called Bidahan, where people who use
drugs undergo a series of counselling and routine
testing to ensure that they adhere to the goals of
the program.
Rep. Toby’s first year

top in various surveys as one of the best performing
lawmakers in the country.

and House Bill 03381 which is designed for free
annual medical check-up for all Filipinos.
He’s also been the constant partner of Mayor JRT in
implementing various pro-poor and pro-people
programs in the city.
The representative said: “Ang aking tanging
maisusukli sa tiwala at suporta ng mga kapwa ko
Navoteño ay lalong pagpapabuti ng serbisyo sa pag-
angat ng Navotas at ng kanilang mga buhay.”
