MANILA, Philippines- Kinilala ang Pilipinas bilang best dive destination sa Asya sa international travel expo kamakailan, ayon sa Department of Tourism (DOT) nitong Huwebes.
Dinaig ng bansa ang Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, at ang Maldives sa nasabing parangal sa Diving, Resort, and Travel (DRT) show sa Malaysia nitong nakaraang linggo, base sa DOT.
“The recent wins for the Philippines highlight the beauty and the blessings our country has been endowed with, and we take great inspiration from our diving communities and dive stakeholders as we continue the collaborative work of ensuring not only the marketability but also the sustainability of our destinations,” pahayag ni DOT Secretary Christina Frasco.
Ang DRT ang pinakamalaking diving expo sa Asya– isang plataporma na nagbibigay-suporta sa industry stakeholders at aspiring divers.
Noong 2022, itinanghal ang Pilipinas bilang world’s leading beach at dive spot sa prestihiyosong World Travel Awards. RNT/SA
