MANILA, Philippines – Kinilala ni Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista ang serbisyo ni Land Transportation Office (LTO) chief Assistant Secretary Jose Arturo Tugade, na nauna nang nagbitiw sa pwesto dahil sa “differing methods with the Department of Transportation (DOTr.)
“We extend our appreciation to Assistant Secretary Jose Arturo Tugade for his 7-month stint as Assistant Secretary of the Land Transportation Office,” pahayag ni Bautista.
“His pursuit of service innovations at LTO benefited the public, for which this office is grateful,” dagdag pa niya.
Ani Tugade, ang resignasyon niya bilang LTO chief ay apektibo sa Hunyo 1.
Sa ngayon ay wala pang pangalan na napipisil bilang susunod na LTO chief, ngunit sinabi ni Bautista na magpapasa siya sa Office of the President ng rekomendasyon “while aligning efforts to the mission of this Department.”
Si Tugade ay itinalaga bilang kalihim ng LTO noong Nobyembre 2022. RNT/JGC
