World-Renowned Master Hooranky Bae Officially Appointed as Philippine CCTF Climate Action Ambassador and Donates ‘Flower of Water’

MANILA, Philippines – Globally recognized South Korean digital artist Hanseong Bae (Hooranky Bae) is officially visiting the Philippines to sublimate the message of climate action and environmental conservation into art.

The Climate Change Task Force (CCTF) under the Office of the President of the Philippines (Secretary General Albert P. Dela Cruz) announced that this May, the CCTF will officially confer upon Hanseong Bae (Hooranky Bae) the title and credentials of “Climate Change Task Force (CCTF) Ambassador” to internationally promote environmental sustainability, climate action initiatives, and ecological conservation.

The core of this visit to the Philippines is an innovative environmental donation alliance combining art and blockchain technology.

The artist will donate the original masterpiece and its associated NFT rights for “Flower of Water” (certified by the Korea Data Certificate Authority – KDCA) to the CCTF or a designated foundation for environmental fundraising and climate action campaigns.

The funds raised through this donation will be prioritized for ecological agricultural tourism development, nature conservation, and community climate adaptation projects in the Agno (Pangasinan), Tarlac and Palawan regions, and are planned to be utilized in connection with all fundraising campaigns hosted and organized by the CCTF.

Furthermore, this collaboration is based on the principles of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) and the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), proceeding under the vision of ‘PROTECT, PROMOTE, AND PROSPER’.

In particular, the fractional NFT minting technology provided by the Korean technical team will be integrated into the Ecosaver.Earth platform to encourage the participation of global donors. Participating donors will be granted access to the Ecosaver.Earth carbon calculator and VIP elite access to sustainable tourism programs in the Agno, Tarlac and Palawan regions.

Meanwhile, the artist will personally visit the beaches and great nature of Agno, the beneficiary region, and present a special live sunset performance during this itinerary. The artist expressed a profound philosophy regarding this event.

Accordingly, this visit will proceed as a noble artistic journey to deeply observe the local natural ecosystem and showcase the source of future climate action art.
