MANILA, Philippines – Arestado ang tatlong suspek dahil sa pagbebenta ng PHP7.8 milyong halaga ng ilegal na LPG sa Batangas.
Naganap ang pag-aresto sa mga suspek na kinilalang sina Guillerma, Romel, at Gerald noong Oktubre 9 sa Priority Gas Corp., Barangay Natunoan, San Jose, dahil sa cross-refilling ng LPG cylinders nang walang License to Operate mula sa Department of Energy.
Nakuha ng Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) at LPG Marketers Association Task Force ang walong refilled LPG cylinders, 193 bakanteng cylinders mula sa iba’t ibang brand, mga refilling machine, compressor, weighing scale, at mga trak na may humigit-kumulang 38,000 litro ng LPG.
