MANILA, Philippines – Mayroong nasa 3,000 job opportunities ang maaaring mapasukan sa iba’t ibang sektor sa Czech Republic.
Ang mga aplikante ay maaaring magkaroon ng magandang trabaho sa naturang bansa lalo na kung sila ay mayroon nang isang taong karanasan sa sektor ng food manufacturing, transportation, construction, logistics, hospitality at support services.
“The ideal quota to start with is a little over 10,000 positions per year. Czechs ver quickly reailzed how skilled the Filipinos are. They speak English so there is no communication barrier. They are very adaptable so they can easily learn new skills,” sinabi ni ambassador of the Czech Republic to the Philippines Karl Hejc.
Ang minimum salary, depende sa propesyon ay nasa 6,000 euros kada buwan o P100,000 at hindi pa kasama dito ang mga bonus.
Sinabi naman ng mga licensed recruitment agency na maaaring abutin ng anim na buwan bago makabiyahe pa-Czech Republic ang successful applicant dahil sa pagproseso sa mga dokumento.
“We are continuously working on improving the process just to make it easier, more flexible and to shorten it as much as possible,” anang Hejc.
Ang proseso ay maaari pang mapadali sa pagpasa ng mga dokumento ‘electronically’ ayon kay Department of Migrant Workers Secretary Hans Leo Cacdac.
“At least we’ve mentioned to the President, is to unify the OEC (Overseas Employment Certificate) and the e-travel,” dagdag pa niya.
Wala ring placement fee na kailangan sa pag-aapply ng trabaho. RNT/JGC
