MANILA, Philippines – Ipinahayag ni bagong Department of Public Works and Highways Secretary Vince Dizon nitong Miyerkoles na humiling siya sa Department of Justice na maglabas ng immigration lookout bulletin order (ILBO) laban sa mahigit 20 opisyal at contractors na isinasangkot sa iregularidad sa flood control projects.
Ayon kay Dizon, mahalaga ang ILBO upang hindi makalabas ng bansa ang mga iniimbestigahan at mapanagot ang mga dapat managot. Kabilang sa listahan ang ilang regional at district engineers pati na mga pinuno ng iba’t ibang construction firms na konektado sa mga proyekto.
