Sa memorandum na nilagdaan ni DepEd Secretary Sonny Angara noong Oktubre 24, sinabi ng departamento na ang kaayusan ay “in recognition of the need to promote employee well-being while ensuring the continuity of government services.”
“Non-teaching personnel may be allowed to render services through WFH arrangement for a maximum of two (2) days within the period of October 27 to 30, 2025, inclusive of their availment of the Combination Flexible Work Arrangement,” saad nito.
Binanggit ng ahensya na ang pag-setup ng WFH ay napapailalim sa pag-apruba at pangangasiwa ng Head of Office, alinsunod sa DepEd Order No. 4, s. 2025, o ang Pagpapatupad ng Flexible Work Arrangements para sa Non-Teaching Personnel.
Ang mga pinuno ng mga tanggapan ay inatasan na tiyakin ang “continuity in the delivery of services by maintaining a skeleton workforce on-site throughout the duration of the Midyear Wellness Break to attend to urgent and essential transactions.”
Gayundin, inatasan ng DepEd ang mga pinuno ng functional office na maghanda ng Work Arrangement Plan, panatilihin ang mga linya ng komunikasyon sa mga tauhan, at tiyaking magagawa ng mga empleyado na “deliver assigned outputs and services in accordance with office performance standards.”
“Employees authorized to work from home shall indicate their availment of the WFH arrangement in their Daily Time Records (DTRs) and attach their Individual Daily Logs and Accomplishment Reports (IDALRs), duly approved by their respective Heads of Offices,” saad ng DepEd.
Ayon sa DepEd ang memorandum “shall take effect and cover the duration of the Midyear Wellness Break only.” RNT/MND
