MANILA, Philippines – Inanunsyo ng Malakanyang ang suspensyon ng pasok sa gobyerno at mga paaralan sa siyam na rehiyon bukas, Nobyembre 10, at pasok sa mga paaralan sa 12 rehiyon sa Nobyembre 10 hanggang 11 sa epekto ng Super Typhoon Uwan.
Batay sa Memorandum Circular No. 106 na may petsang Nobyembre 9 at pirmado ni Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin, suspendido ang pasok sa mga ahensya ng pamahalaan sa mga sumusunod na rehiyon bukas, Nobyembre 10:

Sinabi sa memorandum circular na “agencies responsible for basic, vital and health services, preparedness and response duties must continue to remain operational.”
“To further ensure continuity of essential government functions, all other government agencies in the aforementioned Regions may implement alternate work arrangements, as may be necessary, subject to applicable laws, rules and regulations.” RNT/JGC
