MANILA, Philippines – Naglabas ng bagong set ng mga dokumento si Batangas 1st District Rep. Leandro Leviste nitong Huwebes, Disyembre 25 na ibinigay umano sa kanya ni dating Public Works Undersecretary Maria Catalina Cabral na nagdedetalye ng mga alokasyon ng Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) sa bawat distrito, probinsya, at rehiyon mula 2023 hanggang 2026.
Inilabas ni Leviste ang mga dokumento na binubuo ng mahigit 60 na screenshot sa kanyang Facebook page sa mismong araw ng Pasko.
Ang alokasyon ay nagkakahalaga ng mahigit P3.5 trilyon na inilarawan ni Leviste na P130,000 kada pamilya ang halaga.
Ipinaliwanag niya na ang mga dokumento na inilabas niya noong una ay ang 2025 allocations ng DPWH sa bawat congressional district.
Sa naunang summary na inilabas ay naglalaman ito ng “allocable” o badyet na inilaan sa mga proyekto ng DPWH sa bawat distrito na nagkakahalaga ng P401.3 bilyon na lumobo sa P1.041 trilyon dahil sa “outside allocable.”
“Ito naman po ay 2023-2026. Ito po ay base sa datos na ibinigay ng DPWH, with the approval of Secretary Vince Dizon, kasama ng aming kompilasyon ng budget data,” ani Leviste.
Sa screenshot na mula 2023 hanggang 2026, nakita na ang may pinakamalaking alokasyon sa regional basis ay napunta sa Region III (Central Luzon) na may kabuuang P406.927 billion.
Sinundan ito ng Region IV-A (Calabarzon) sa P341.876 billion, at Region V (Bicol Region) sa P272.366 billion.
Ang National Capital Region (NCR) ay mayroong alokasyon na P231.412 billion.

Samantala, sa Metro Manila, ang 1st District ng Taguig ang nakatanggap ng pinakamalaking bahagi ng alokasyon sa P18.433 bilyon na sinundan ng Quezon City 4th District sa P14.17 billion at Valenzuela 1st District naman sa ikatlong pwesto sa P9.707 billion.

Ani Leviste, ang mga file na ito ay ibinigay ng DPWH bilang tugon sa request sa nagdaang budget deliberations.
“Ang mga datos na ito ay capital outlays para sa local projects at hindi pa kasama ang Personnel Services, Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses, at Foreign-Assisted Projects,” sinabi pa ni Leviste.
“Para sa mga nagkwekwestiyon: mas mabuting tanungin si Sec. Vince o ang DPWH para kumpirmahan itong P3.5T DPWH budget distribution figures. Kahit wala na po si yumaong USec Cabral, si Sec Vince at ang kanyang team ay makakasagot pa.” RNT/JGC
