MANILA, Philippines – Nangangailangan ang nongovernment group Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) ng nasa 30,000 volunteers para tumulong sa papalapit na kauna-unahang Bangsamoro Parliamentary Elections (BPE) sa Setyembre.
Ayon kay PPCRV regional chairperson Fr. David Procalla, ng Archdiocese of Cotabato, ang mga volunteer ay itatalaga sa iba’t ibang election-related activities, kabilang ang poll watching, voter education, election monitoring, at pagmamando sa voter assistance desks sa rehiyon.
“These initiatives aim to help ensure a peaceful, clean, and credible electoral process in the Bangsamoro region in partnership with the police, military and other major stakeholders,” ani Procalla.
Maaaring makipag-ugnayan ang mga interesadong indibidwal sa kani-kanilang parish priests o PPCRV provincial at municipal coordinators. RNT/JGC
