MANILA, Philippines – Papayagan ng Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) ang mga proyekto ng gobyerno at pribadong konstruksyon na magsagawa ng round-the-clock road diggings simula Miyerkules hanggang sa madaling araw ng Lunes ng Pasko ng Pagkabuhay.
Sinabi ni MMDA acting chair Romando Artes na ang kautusan ay naglalayong samantalahin ang inaasahang paghina ng trapiko ng sasakyan sa National Capital Region (NCR) sa panahon ng Semana Santa.
“Nasa 100 po na road diggings sa Metro Manila, i-a-allow po natin ‘yan 24 hours starting 11 p.m. ng Miyerkules hanggang 5 a.m. ng Monday,” ani Artes.
Kasama sa mga proyekto ang mga proyekto ng Department of Information and Communications Technology, Department of Public Works and Highways, Department of Transportation, Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System at mga pribadong kontratista.

–Luzon Avenue SB, Congressional Avenue Extension to before Luzon Flyover (1st lane from center), Quezon City
–Commonwealth Avenue, Landbank to Elliptical Road (3rd lane from the sidewalk), Quezon City
–Mindanao Avenue, Tandang Sora Avenue to Longines Street (truck lane), Quezon City
–Mindanao Avenue Tunnel to Sauyo Road (truck lane), Quezon City
–Payatas Road, Batasan Road to Bayanihan Street, Quezon City
–Payatas Road between Singko Street and Leyte Street, Quezon City
–Payatas Road before Maynilad Pumping Station to Petron Gas Station (1st lane from sidewalk), Quezon City
