Black propaganda vs China vax ‘di pinabulaanan ng US – PH officials

“The [US] Department of Defense (DoD) conducts a wide range of operations, including Operations of Information Environment (OIE), to counter adversary, malign influence DoD activities including OIE conducted outside areas of armed conflict… As it relates to COVID-19 disinformation, China [in 2020] initiated a disinformation campaign to falsely blame the US for the spread of Covid-19.”

“I think it’s a declaration of perhaps US policy that they would be undertaking deterrence against any kind of malign influence against them,” wika ni Manalo.

“Is it a reasonable assumption that the US military did not deny what was in the Reuters article?” tanong ni Marcos.

“I can only repeat what [Defense] Secretary Gibo Teodoro said, I think it’s neither a denial or assertion,” giit ni Manalo.

Inilahad ng Department of Health na “the findings by Reuters deserve to be investigated and heard by the appropriate authorities of the involved countries.” RNT/SA
