Nilagdaan ni Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin na may pahintulot ng Pangulo, ang Proclamation No. 612 ay paggunita sa ika-451 Araw ng Pasig.
“It is but fitting and proper that the people of City of Pasig be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration,” ang nakasaad sa Proklamasyon.
