“Such actions are dangerous because it’s not only the driver who could get hurt, but also other road users. That’s why we will not let this pass—to serve as a warning to others. Arrogant and boastful drivers have no place on the road,” sinabi ni Lopez.
Pinagpapasa ito ng paliwanag kung “why you should not be administratively charged for Reckless Driving (Sec. 48 of R.A. 4136), Anti-Distracted Driving Act (Sec. 4 of R.A. 10913) and why your driver’s license should not be suspended or revoked for being an Improper Person to Operate a Motor Vehicle pursuant to Sec. 27(a) of R.A. 4136 in connection with the above-stated incident under the existing Traffic Rules and Regulations.”
“Failure to appear and submit a verified comment/explanation as required shall be construed by this office as a waiver of your right to be heard, and the case shall be decided based on the evidence at hand,” saad pa sa show-cause order.
RNT/JGC
