“The shipment, amounting to 1.5 tons roughly with a market value of P10 billion, had markings that appeared to be Chinese in character,” ani Trinidad.
“In the military, we look for indicators. It appears that it is not far-fetched that this could be another effort of the Chinese Communist Party to destroy the future generation of Filipinos by flooding our country with illicit drugs,” dagdag pa niya.
Dahil dito, sinabi ni Trinidad na pinalawig pa ng Philippine Navy at Armed Forces of the Philippines ang kanilang comprehensive archipelagic defense operations.
“We now extend our coverage all the way up to our EEZ (exclusive economic zone),” anang opisyal.
RNT/JGC
