MANILA, Philippines – Sinabi ni Supreme Court spokesperson Atty. Camille Ting na dapat may basbas ng Court En banc ang pagpapalabas ng Statements of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN) ng Punong Mahistrado at mahistrado ng Supreme Court (SC).
Ayon sa tagapagsalita ng Korte Suprema, maaaring hilingin sa Office of the Clerk of Court ang kopya ng SALN, Personal Data Sheet at Curriculum Vitae ng mga mahistrado sa pamamagitan ng nakasulat na request form mula sa SC website.
“We have to consider the privacy also of the people–so thats the reason why it has to be approved by the banc because they have to check which information each to be reducted to protect the privacy,” ani spox Ting.
Dapat aniya tukuyin sa form ang layunin ng paggamit ng impormasyon at kailangang may patunay ng affiliation at accreditation ang mga kahilingan mula sa media.
Giit ni Ting, ang mga karapatan ng publiko sa impormasyon ay iginagalang ng Korte Suprema at ang mga patakaran at form nito kaugnay sa pag-access ng impormasyon ay kasalukuyan ng ina-update. Jocelyn Tabangcura-Domenden
