MANILA, Philippines – Inirekomenda ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) ang pagsasampa ng reklamo sa 21 indibidwal, kabilang ang mga mambabatas at iba pang opisyal ng pamahalaan na umano’y sangkot sa maanomalyang government infrastructure deals.
Sa pahayag ng Department of Justice (DOJ), inirekomenda ng NBI ang pagsasampa ng reklamo sa mga sumusunod:

Sinabi ng DOJ na ang rekomendasyon ay batay sa sinumpaang salaysay nina Alcantara, Hernandez, Mendoza at Bernardo.
“Their statements provided the basis for identifying these individuals as having sufficient preliminary links to the acts under investigation,” ayon pa sa DOJ.
Sa kabila nito, may iba pang pangalan na tinukoy sa mga testimonya ng mga witness sa Senado na hindi nakasama. Ito ay sina dating House Speaker Martin Romualdez, dating Senador Nancy Binay at Commission on Audit Commissioner Mario Lipana. RNT/JGC
