Sabi ng Gulf News — The skyline of the Philippine Capital is changing. So is the view from above. Multi- billion dollar mega projects are expanding the urban landscape, with massive sea-ward transformation projects in progress – or on the drawing board.

At paano ito magagawa? Push the sea back, create new spaces and opportunities. Manila Bay is the centre of this action.

Outside the capital, more land reclamation jobs. Isang ahensya sa ilalim ng Office of the President ang magpapatupad nito- Ang Philippine Reclamation Authority na ngayon ay pinangungunahan ng Chairman of the Board na si Atty. Alexander Lopez.

Manager Joseph Literal ang mga reclamation project at sinabing “the projects underwent meticulous environmental evaluations, encompassing comprehensive studies delving into climate change impacts, geological analyses and holistic ecological ramifications.”

Nire-review na rin ng Department of Environment and Natural Resources ang reclamation projects. Dinipensahan din ni Albay 2nd District Rep. Joey Salceda at itinulak niya ang “responsible reclamation”  at tinawag niya na “the Manila Bay Reclamation Projects could serve as a fiscal lifeline for the national economy.”

PRA expressed strong support for House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Rep. Joey Salceda’s science-based recommendations regarding the potential of land reclamation projects in Manila Bay as a critical fiscal lifeline for the national economy.

Sinigurado rin ni Lopez na ayon na rin sa holistic approach ni President Bong Bong Marcos ay “we will prioritize addressing environmental, social and other pertinent issues before advancing with reclamation projects.”
