MANILA, Philippines – Nasa walong priority measures ng Marcos administration ang mabilis nang natalakay sa committee level at kasalukuyang nasa deliberasyon na ng House Committee on Appropriatios para sa kaukulang pagpopondo, ayon kay House Majority Leader at Ilocos Norte Rep. Sandro Marcos.
“These committee-level approvals show that the House is doing the hard work early under the leadership of Speaker Dy – building consensus, refining policy and making sure the measures we bring to the floor are ready,” pahayag ni Marcos.
“Our focus remains on bills that directly affect education, health, food security and social protection – areas where legislation translates into real impact for Filipino families,” dagdag pa nito.
Ang mga panukala ay kinabilalangan ng:
Pagmodernisa sa Bureau of Immigration; National Land Use Act; pagbuo ng Independent People’s Commission; ang Presidential Merit Scholarship Program; amyenda sa Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act; amyenda sa Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) Act; amyenda sa Magna Carta for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises at panukalang pagtakda sa eleksyon sa Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).
Sa kabuuan ay 52 ang priority bills sa ilalim ng Legislative-Executive Development Advisory Council (LEDAC) at 12 dito ang naipasa na sa ikatlo at huling pagbasa sa Kamara.
