MANILA, Philippines- Kinokonsidera ng Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) ang probisyon ng rental housing support sa mga kwalipikadong benepisyaryo sa ilalim ng flagship Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) program ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.
“We must exhaust all feasible modalities under 4PH. The more schemes available for our kababayans (fellow Filipinos), depending on the need and their capacity, the better,” pahayag ni Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling sa isang news release nitong Linggo.
“Currently, we are studying rental housing among the modalities under 4PH.”
Sinisilip ng DHSUD ang mga pamilyang nasa lower income deciles bilang targeted beneficiaries.
Humalili kay Jose Rizalino Acuzar, inanunsyo ni Aliling ang “recalibration” ng 4PH upang isama ang “horizontal developments or subdivision-like housing projects.” RNT/SA
