“The ABA test conducted by the Land Transportation Office (LTO) yielded a negative result,” ayon sa QCPD.

“However, the drug test conducted by the QCPD Forensic Unit (QCPDFU) returned a positive result for methamphetamine hydrochloride (commonly known as “shabu”),” dagdag pa.

“This case serves as a clear warning to those who drive under the influence of illegal drugs, you will be held fully accountable under the law,” pahayag ni QCPD deputy director for administration Police Colonel Randy Glenn Silvio.

RNT/JGC
