Known for its success in esports and technology, the TNC Group is expanding its reach with the launch of TNC Properties, marking its official entry into the real estate industry.

At the launch last November 8, 2025, held at the TNC Office in Quezon City, TNC Group
and TNC Properties President Eric Redulfin shared that this new venture was inspired by
a desire to bring integrity back to an industry often clouded by competition.

“Nakita ko kasi yung opportunity sa real estate business,” Redulfin said. “Syempre, opportunity siya to earn, pero mas nakita ko na marami sa industry na hindi inuuna yung integrity pagdating sa transactions. Gusto kong magbigay ng ibang option sa mga tao na
kung gusto mong magbenta o bumili ng property, merong kumpanya na inuuna ang tama.”

Joining him is Dindo Sarmiento, Vice President of TNC Properties, who brings nearly 15 years of experience in real estate. A graduate of the University of the East – Manila, Sarmiento worked his way up from being a property specialist to becoming a Licensed Real Estate Broker. His career, shaped by perseverance and faith, reflects the values he now brings to TNC Properties.

“We want to connect investors, entrepreneurs, and families to opportunities that create progress and strengthen communities,” Sarmiento said.
