MANILA, Philippines – Ilang kalsada sa Lungsod ng Maynila ang isasara sa trapiko sa gitna ng ikalawang Baha Sa Luneta at Trillion Peso March na anti-corruption rallies na isasagawa sa Linggo, Nob. 30.

Sa isang advisory nitong Biyernes, sinabi ng Manila Police District (MPD) na maaapektuhan ang mga sumusunod na kalsada:

  • Both lanes of Bonifacio Drive from Anda Circle to P. Burgos Ave.

  • Roxas Blvd. southbound from Katigbak Drive to P. Quirino Ave.

  • Roxas Blvd. northbound from Quirino Ave. to P. Burgos Ave.

  • Katigbak Drive and South Drive

  • Independence Road

  • East and westbound lane of Kalaw Ave. from Taft Ave. to Roxas Blvd.

  • East and westbound lane of P. Burgos Ave. from Taft Ave. to Roxas Blvd.

  • Maria Orosa St. from U.N. Ave. to P. Burgos

  • Stretch of Finance Road from Taft Ave. to P. Burgos Ave.

  • Roundtable (Palacio St. and Gen. Luna St.)

  • Mabini St. from Kalaw Ave. to UN Ave.

Mendiola area

  • Stretch of C.M. Recto Ave. from N. Reyes to Mendiola

  • Stretch of Legarda from Figueras St. to San Rafael St.

Liwasang Bonifacio area

  • Stretch of Magallanes Drive from Jones to McArthur Bridge

Ayala Bridge area

  • Eastbound lane of Ayala Blvd. from San Marcelino to Romualdez St.

“Actual closing and opening of [the] affected roads will [be] based on [the] actual situation,” ayon sa MPD.

Sinabi ng pulisya na ang mga sumusunod na re-routing scheme ay ipapatupad sa gitna ng mga pagsasara ng kalsada:

  • Vehicles coming from the three bridges (Jones, McArthur, Quezon) shall use Taft Ave. to the point of destination

  • Vehicles coming from Ayala Blvd., intending to utilize Finance Road shall turn right to P. Burgos Ave. to the point of destination

  • Vehicles coming from U.N. Ave. westbound lane shall turn left to M.H. del Pilar or Roxas Blvd. service road to the point of destination

  • Vehicles coming from Mabini St. shall turn right or left to U.N. Ave. to the point of destination

  • Vehicles coming from Ma. Orosa St. shall turn right or left to U.N. Ave. to point of destination

  • Vehicles coming from Roxas Blvd. service road northbound lane shall turn right to U.N. Ave. to the point of destination

  • Light vehicles coming from Mel Lopez Blvd. intending to utilize Roxas Blvd. shall take Anda Circle then turn right to A. Soriano Ave. to the point of destination

  • All vehicles coming from Muralla St. inside Intramuros intending to utilize Roundtable shall go straight going to Magallanes Drive or Soriano Ave. to the point of destination

  • All trailer truckers or heavy vehicles coming from the Pasay area utilizing Roxas Blvd. northbound shall turn Pres. Quirino Ave. to the point of destination, while light vehicles may use Roxas Blvd. service road northbound

  • Vehicles from the westbound lane of Quirino Ave. may turn right to Roxas Blvd. service road or turn left to Roxas Blvd. southbound lane to the point of destination

  • All trailer trucks or heavy vehicles coming from Mel Lopez Blvd. (R-10) going to Roxas Blvd. shall turn left to Capulong St. straight to Yuseco St. to Lacson Ave. to the point of destination

Mendiola area

  • All vehicles coming from Quezon Blvd. and C.M. Recto Ave. intending to utilize Mendiola St. shall turn left to N. Reyes St. to the point of destination

  • All vehicles coming from the Sta. Mesa area via Legarda St. intending to utilize C.M. Recto Ave. shall turn right to Figueras St. straight to Earnshaw St. then turn left to S.H. Loyola to the point of destination

  • All vehicles coming from P. Casal St. intending to utilize Mendiola St. shall turn left to San Rafael St. straight to Bilibid Viejo St. then turn right to S.H. Loyola St. or N. Reyes St. to the point of destination

Liwasang Bonifacio area

  • All vehicles coming from P. Burgos Ave. northbound lane intending to utilize Magallanes Drive shall go straight to Jones Bridge to the point of desination

  • All vehicles coming from C. Muñoz St. may utilize P. Burgos to the point of destination

  • All vehicles coming from McArthur Bridge intending to utilize Magallanes Drive shall go straight to P. Burgos Ave. southbound lane or turn right to Victoria St. to the point of destination

Ayala Bridge area

  • Vehicles coming from Romualdez St. intending to utilize Ayala Bridge shall turn left to Ayala Blvd. then turn right to Taft Ave. to the point of destination or shall go straight to N. Lopez then turn right to a Villegas then left to C. Muñoz to the point of destination

  • Vehicles coming from San Marcelino St. intending to utilize Ayala Bridge shall turn right to Ayala Blvd. then turn right to Taft Ave. to the point of destination or shall go straight along San Marcelino St. then turn left to U.N. Ave. to the point of destination

  • Vehicles coming from Ayala Blvd. eastbound lane intending to utilize Ayala Bridge shall turn right to San Marcelino to the point of destination

  • Vehicles coming from C. Palanca St. intending to utilize Ayala Bridge shall turn left to P. Casal to the point of destination

  • Vehicles coming from Gen. Solano St. intending to utilize Ayala Bridge shall turn right to P. Casal or go straight to C. Palanca to the point of destination

  • Vehicles coming from P. Casal intending to utilize Ayala Bridge shall turn right to C. Palanca to the point of destination

Ang Kilusang Bayan Kontra Kurakot ay nag-oorganisa ng ikalawang Baha Sa Luneta rally sa Rizal Park, Manila na magaganap kasabay ng Trillion Peso March sa People Power Monument sa Quezon City.

Ang dalawang rally ay naghahangad na mapanatili ang kanilang mga kampanya laban sa katiwalian kasunod ng mga alegasyon ng mga anomalya sa pagbaha at iba pang mga proyektong pang-imprastraktura.

Nauna nang sinabi ng Philippine National Police (PNP) na nagde-deploy sila ng mahigit 15,000 pulis sa buong Metro Manila para sa seguridad sa panahon ng mga kilos-protesta.

Nauna ring binanggit ng PNP na ang Trillion Peso March organizers pa lamang ang nakakuha ng permit sa lokal na pamahalaan para sa kanilang rally. RNT/MND
