Navotas City Hospital nakamit ang Level 2 Accreditation at pinalawak na serbisyong medikal

Ipinahayag ni Mayor John Rey M. Tiangco na mas maraming Navoteño ang magkakaroon ng access sa pinahusay na serbisyong medikal matapos makamit ng Navotas City Hospital (NCH) ang Level 2 accreditation mula sa Department of Health at ang Silver Trailblazer Award mula sa ISA at National Competitiveness Council.

“Navotas City Hospital has undergone a series of expansions and improvements. But the need for larger and upgraded facilities remains, because more people—not only Navoteños—continue to seek our brand of service and compassion,” ayon kay Tiangco.

Dahil sa Level 2 accreditation, may 70 ward beds at pitong ICU beds ang ospital, nahahati sa Medical ICU (3 beds), Pediatric at Neonatal ICU (3 beds), at Obstetric Heart Rate Unit (1 bed). Pinalawak din ang serbisyong medikal kabilang ang dermatology, gastroenterology, rheumatology, pulmonology, nephrology, endocrinology, neurology, cardiology, at pangunahing outpatient services.

Nadagdagan ang diagnostic capabilities ng ospital sa pamamagitan ng CT scanner at automated laboratory at pathology services. Nakatanggap rin ang NCH ng pag-apruba para sa residency training program sa Family and Community Medicine at kinilala para sa IT-enabled na lokal na sistema ng kalusugan sa CAMANAVA.

Tinanggap ni Dr. Spica M. Acoba, Medical Director ng NCH, ang Silver Trailblazer Award matapos makumpleto ang Proficiency Stage ng ISA Performance Governance System.
