DUBAI – Nagdulot ng sunog sa luxury hotel na Burj Al Arab sa Dubai ang debris mula sa na-intercept na drone, ayon sa pahayag ng mga awtoridad sa Dubai.
Ito ay kasunod ng serye ng strike ng Iran na inilunsad sa Gulf states.
“Authorities confirm that a drone was intercepted and debris caused a minor fire on the Burj Al Arab’s outer facade,” sinabi ng Dubai Media Office sa social media post.
“Civil Defence teams responded immediately and brought the incident under control. No injuries have been reported.” RNT/JGC
