Sa bilang ba ng mga nais ma-impeach si VP Sara ay may one third vote sila na maaasahan sa buong kasapi ng House of Representatives?
At kung meron man, guilty na ba ang hatol sa Bise Presidente? Hindi pa dahil ang articles of impeachment ay dadalhin sa Senado and trial by the Senate shall forthwith proceed.

Gagawin kaya ng two third na kasapi ng Senado na i-disqualify ang front runner sa mga presidential surveys?
Hindi impeachment lamang ang laban dito kung hindi pagdisqualify ng isang presidential candidate ng WALA PANG ELECTION. TALUNIN SIYA BY DEFAULT?
Maaaring walang batas na nilabag kung sakaling madisqualify si VP Duterte na tumakbong presidente pero hindi kaya mas mainam na hayaan natin ang taumbayan humusga sa kanya kung nararapat ba siyang maging pangulo ng pilipinas sa isang halalan. O, hindi lang talaga siya kayang talunin?
