MANILA, Philippines – Posible umanong imbestigahan ng Philippine National Police (PNP) si Senate President Alan Peter Cayetano kaugnay sa ginawa ni suspended Senate sergeant-at-arms Mao Aplasca sa shooting incident sa Senado.
“Maybe,” tugon ni Interior and Local Government Secretary Jonvic Remulla nang tanungin nitong Biyernes, Mayo 29.
“For those whom Aplasca answers to. We will ask him who gave the order to him,” aniya.
Nauna nang sinabi ng Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) na posibleng panagutin si Aplasca at dalawa pang kasama nito sa paglabag sa Republic Act No. 11917 o Private Security Services Industry Act sa shooting incident.
Sinabi rin ng CIDG na ang nangyaring shooting incident at pag-alis ni Senador Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa sa bisinidad ng Senado ay magkaugnay.
Samantala, tinanong naman si Remulla kung mayroong mga senador na maaaring panagutin sa dalawang insidente, sinabi niya na, “We will ask him first, but it’s up to him depending on what he says.”
“Our only question is, when General Aplasca gave the order and said we will arrest someone, the question is now, who ordered the arrest? Because the OSAA (Office of the Sergeant-at-Arms) does not act on its own,” dagdag pa ng kalihim. RNT/JGC
