MANILA, Philippines – Ligtas na sa panganib ang isa sa mga estudyante na kritikal na nasaktan sa pamamaril sa paaralan sa Tacloban City, ayon sa Department of Education nitong Biyernes, Hunyo 26.
Ang estudyante ay nagpapagaling na ngunit nasa ilalim pa rin ng Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
“We are grateful to share the encouraging news that, based on the latest medical assessment, the learner is now out of danger and continues to show positive progress under the close supervision of the attending healthcare team,” sinabi ng DepEd.
Hindi naman pinangalanan ng DepEd ang naturang estudyante na kabilang sa mga nasaktan nang walang habas na namaril ang dalawang estudyante sa San Jose National High School sa Tacloban City, Leyte na kumitil sa buhay ng tatlong indibidwal.
“The learner, who sustained a gunshot wound to the neck, remains under close medical care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Tacloban ACE Medical Center and is currently recovering,” sinabi ng DepEd. RNT/JGC
