Ikinagulat kasi ng marami na free ang concert na ‘yon sa SM Mall of Asia Arena sa October.
May mga nang-iintriga pa kung bakit nga libre ito.
Regine took to X para magpaliwanag: “Hello guys! I’m excited, nervous, and anxious all at once, and my feelings are all jumbled up (laughing emoji) but most importantly, I’m really grateful.”
Dugtong niya, sa kapatid niyang si Cacai Velasquez nagmula ang ideyang gawing free concert ‘yon.
Paliwanag ng Asia’s Songbird: “I”m thankful to my sister Cacai because she’s the one who really thought of this, and actually, she’s the producer of this concert–not me.
“She wanted us to ecpress our gratitude to all of you at my last concert (heart emoji).
“She’s the one who found people to help so that, somehow, we could get assistance with the costs.
“As you all know, producing a concert is so expensive these days.”
In the end, nakiusap si Regine sa kanyang mga tagahanga.
Aniya: “Our only request is that for those who can afford it, let’s give the free night spots to those who can’t truly buy tickets.
“So that those who dream of watching me live can have the chance to see me. Thank you so much for 40 years. Love you guys (smile emoji).”
