MANILA, Philippines – In-update ng National Police Commission (Napolcom) ang regular at collateral allowance para sa mga tauhan ng Philippine National Police (PNP).
Ito ay matapos aprubahan ng commission en banc ang Memorandum Circular 2025-004 nitong Lunes, sinabi ng Napolcom sa isang pahayag nitong Miyerkules.
Ayon sa Napolcom, ang memorandum ay nagbibigay ng P3,000 monthly special combat duty pay para sa mga tauhan na sangkot sa police operations at P300 arawang combat incentive pay para sa mga opisyal sa combat operations.
“Personnel assigned to high-risk tasks are entitled to a hazardous duty pay equivalent to 50 percent of their base salary, and those exposed to radioactive elements are granted an additional 15 percent,” saad ng Napolcom.
“For specialized operations, a sea duty pay of 25 percent and a flying pay of 50 percent of the base pay are provided to personnel engaged in maritime and air missions, respectively,” dagdag pa nito.
Sinabi pa ng Napolcom na ang mga pulis na nakatalaga sa “isolated and difficult areas” ay bibigyan din ng “hardship allowances” na 10 hanggang 25 porsiyento ng kanilang base pay.
Magkakabisa ang updated allowance scheme kapag na-certify na ng Department of Budget and Management batay sa pagkakaroon ng pondo, ayon sa Napolcom.
