MANILA, Philippines – Siniguro ni Energy Secretary Sharon Garin sa publiko na ipagpapatuloy nito ang reporma sa energy security, sustainability, at affordability.
Ani Garin, na nanumpa sa harap ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. nitong Lunes, Hulyo 14, ang mga repormang isinagawa sa panahon ng kanyang sinundan na si Raphael Lotilla, na itinalaga naman sa Department of Environment and Natural Resources, “will remain central to our work moving forward.”
“These include the acceleration of renewable energy development, the expansion of electrification efforts, the enhancement of energy resiliency, and the continued strengthening of our investment climate,” saad sa pahayag ni Garin.
Aniya, ang “Green Energy Auction, the steady growth in renewable energy capacity, and the increasing investor confidence in our energy transition framework underscore our collective progress in advancing the President’s policy agenda.”
“These initiatives are aligned not only with our long-term energy goals but also with broader aspirations for inclusive and sustainable national development. As we move ahead, the Department shall continue to promote collaboration, uphold transparency, and pursue innovative and responsive energy solutions to ensure that every Filipino benefits from a reliable, secure, and sustainable energy future,” dagdag pa nito.
