MANILA, Philippines – Pipirma ng konrata and Commission on Elections (Comelec) at ang kompanyang Miru System ng South Korea para sa Full Automation System with Transparency Audit /Count (FASTrAC) project, bukas ng umaga, Lunes, Marso 11.
Nitong Sabado, inanunsyo ng komisyon ang pagpirma sa 2025 automated election system (AES) service contract na halagang P18 bilyon na gaganapin sa Chairman’s Hall sa Palacio del Gobernador headquarters sa Intramuros, Manila.
Nagpahayag ng pasasalamat ang Comelec sa joint venture sa Miru Systems Co Ltd, Integrated Computer Systems, St.Timothy Construction Corporation, at Centerpoint Solutions Technologies, Inc. (MIRU_ICS_STCC_CPSTI) para sa tuluy-tuloy na negosasyon.
Ang commission en banc na pinamumunuan ni Comelec Chair George Garcia at mga miyembro na sina Commissioners Socorro Inting, Marlon Casquejo, Aimee Ferolino, Rey Bulay, Ernesto Ferdinand Maceda Jr. at Nestor Celis ay dadalo sa contract signing.
Idineklara ng en banc ang MIRU_ICS_STCC_CPSTI bilang “Single calculated and Responsive Bid” noong Pebrero 22 na ang bid offer ay P17,988,878,226.55
Itinuturing na kwalipikado ang lahat ng legal, teknikal at pinansyal na mga dokumento na isinumite ng kumpanya ayon sa Comelec. Jocelyn Tabangcura-Domenden
