MANILA, Philippines- Namayagpag ang Department of Education (DepEd) bilang top performing at most trusted national government agency sa first quarter survey ng OCTA research.
Ayon sa Tugon ng Masa survey mula March 11 hanggang 14, nanguna ang DepEd sa government institutions pagdating sa trust at performance na nakakuha ng ratings na 82 at 84 porsyento.
Sumunod sa DepEd bilang pinagkakatiwalaang ahensya ang mga sumusunod: Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) at Department of Health (DOH) kapwa sa 79 porsyento, Commission on Higher Education (CHED) sa 73 porsyento, at ngDepartment of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) sa 71 porsyento.
Itinanghal din ang limang government agencies bilang top-performing agencies para sa first quarter survey.
Sinundan ang DepEd ng DOH sa 80 porsyentong performance rating, DSWD sa 77 porsyento, CHED sa 73 porsyento, at DPWH sa 72 porsyento, pagdating sa satisfaction rating.
Binanggit din ng OCTA ang government agencies na nakatanggap ng trust ratings na mas mababa sa 50 porsyento kabilang ang Department of Energy (DOE) sa 49 porsyento, Department of Transportation (DOTr) sa 45 porsyento, Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) sa 42 porsyento, Department of Budget and Management (DBM) sa 41 porsyento, Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) sa 40 porsyento, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) sa 39 porsyento, Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) sa 36 porsyento.
Nakakuha naman ang apat na government agencies ng mas mababa sa 40 porsyentong performance ratings: ang DTI at DICT sa 38 porsyento, DBM sa 37 porsyento, at DHSUD sa 33 porsyento.
Nilahukan ang survey ng 1,200 respondents na edad 18 taong gulang pataas na mat ±3 porsyentong margin of error sa 95 porsyentong confidence level. RNT/SA
