MANILA, Philippines- Nag-abiso ang Department of Public Works and Highways na pansamantalang sarado ang EDSA-Santolan Flyover mula Hulyo 19 hanggang Hulyo 22, at Hulyo 26 hanggang 29.
Base sa kanilang abiso nitong Biyernes, kasado ang asphalt overlaying sa EDSA-Santolan Flyover Northbound (lane by lane) sa nabanggit na weekends.
“The removal of existing asphalt pavement by rotomilling shall be done first, lane by lane, until the full width of the pavement is completed. After the rotomilling is completed, asphalt overlay of the rotomilled section will follow. The same procedure will be applied to the remaining area subject to repair,” saad sa abiso.
Nagsimula ang pagkumpuni ng alas-11 ng gabi nitong Biyernes at muling bubuksan ang flyover ng alas-5 ng umaga sa Lunes.
“All repair activities will be conducted during nighttime only to prevent traffic congestion in the area,” dagdag pa.
Pinayuhan ang mga motorista na dumaan sa mga alternatibong ruta sa mga apektadong petsa. RNT/SA
