MANILA, Philippines- Ipinaalala ng Supreme Court sa mga kukuha ng 2024 Shari’ah Bar examinations (SBE) na mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ang pagdala ng smartphones at tablets.
Sa bar bulletin #5, sinabi ng Office of the 2024 Shari’ah Bar Chairperson na ang lahat ng examinees ay kailangan magdala ng laptop para sa dalawang araw na pagsusulit.
Nabatid na ang computer-based program na Exemplify ang ilalagay sa laptops ng examinees para sa digitalized examination.
“The examinees are required to install the compatible version of Examplify on their respective laptops not later than April 12, 2024. They must closely monitor the Inbox and Spam folders of their respective BARISTA-registered e-mail account on or before said date to verify receipt of this correspondence. If no such e-mail is received by said date, they should report the matter via the 2024 Shari’ah Bar Helpdesk of the Office of the Bar Confidant under the “Examplify – Technical Issues” section.”
Iniutos din ng SC sa examinees na alisin ang lahat ng antivirus software sa kanilang mga laptop bago ang examinations.
Kailangan ding tangalin ang mga hindi kinakailangang software upang maiwasan ang program conflicts o technical issues.
Ang Shari’ah Bat Examination ay idaraos sa Abril 28, Linggo at Mayo 2, Huwebes.
Isinasagawa ang Shari’ah Bar Examinations upang bigyang-daan ang Muslim professionals na makapagtrabaho sa Shari’ah Courts sa bansa sa ilalim ng Presidential Decree (PD) 1083 o Code of Muslim Personal Laws of the Philippines. Teresa Tavares
