Sa advisories na naka-post sa website nito, sinabi ng Manila Electric Company na maglalagay sila ng mga pasilidad sa loob ng West Grove Heights Subd., Bgys. Inchican at Tibig sa Silang, Cavite noong Setyembre 18.
Apektado sa pagitan ng 10 a.m. at 10:30 a.m. at pagkatapos ay sa pagitan ng 1:30 p.m. at 2 p.m. ay:
-Portion of Marang St. from near Aratiles St. to Dalanghita Drive in West Grove Heights Subd.
-Portion of Piko St. from Lakatan St. to Dalanghita St. in West Grove Heights Subd.
